Formats that fit your team's schedule
On-site workshops
Half-day or full-day sessions at your premises. Facilitator-led and interactive, for groups of 10 to 30. The most common format for leadership and conflict programmes.
Live online sessions
Same facilitator, same structure, delivered over video. Sessions run 2 to 3 hours to keep focus. Works well for distributed teams or regional offices.
Combined delivery
In-person kickoff with virtual reinforcement sessions over the following weeks. Depth without pulling your team offsite repeatedly.
Multi-week cohorts
